Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a filter to be manufactured with excellent high accuracy and at a low cost by fitting a metallic collar member around a collar member holding cylindrical part and mold forming it in one body with a filter, in the case of a filter arranged inside of a fuel injection valve.
SOLUTION: A filter 1 interposed in a fuel passage inside of a fuel injection valve and made of a synthetic resin material is so formed as having an annular flange part 2a little large in its diameter than the outer diameter of the fuel connector of the fuel injection valve, a collar member holding cylindrical part 3 and a bottomed cylindrical part 5 formed on the tip end, and also formed by engraving a lit groove 4 opening outward the longitudinal shaft center direction. And also a flow passage 6 facing to the slit groove 4 is engraved toward the bottomed cylindrical part 5 from the rear end surface 2B of an annular flange part 2, and a filter net 7 is provided in the slit groove 4. And an annular collar member 8 made of an annular metallic material with its diameter a little large than the outer diameter H of the holding cylindrical part 3 is arranged on the outer periphery of the holding cylindrical part 3 and mold formed in one body with the filter 1.
