Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an injection molding method for molding, to accurate dimensions, a filter mesh, a support and a filter consisting of the former two with high resistance against heat, oils/and chemicals and legs qualitative degradation with time and high mechanical strength.
CONSTITUTION: This filter 1 is composed of a mesh 11, or a support 12, or the mesh 11 and the support 12 which are molded by an injection molding method using high-fluidity thermoplastic resin consisting of nylon 4, 6 as a main component.
