To provide a dehydration drying means which can carry out efficiently a dehydration drying treatment of a treatment object inside one equipment, and a method therefor, and a filter plate suitable for such a dehydration drying means.
The dehydration drying means has the filter plate, which is provided with a non-conductive wall-plate, and an electrode arranged inside the wall-plate and generating electromagnetic waves, wherein, the filter plate has a filter plate arrangement arranged so as to form a filter chamber containing the treatment object, a filter fabric provided on the filter chamber side of the filter plate, a waste solution mechanism discharging a filtrate filtering out the filter fabric, and an electromagnetic wave generating mechanism generating electromagnetic waves on the electrode. Further, the dehydration drying method has a dehydration process for feeding the treatment object to the filter chamber formed by the filter plate to dehydrate, and a drying process for irradiating electromagnetic waves to the treatment object in the filter chamber to dry.
