Abstract:
To reduce scales deposited onto a heat exchanger, or the like, by removing a suspended material existing in high temperature water.
A heat resistant carbon-made filter medium having heat resistance as the filter medium 3 is charged in a tank 2 provided with a flow-in line 4a for the liquid to be treated and a flow-out line 4b for treated liquid. As a result, the suspended material existing in the high temperature water can be removed as the liquid to be treated without considering the elution from the filter medium.
