Abstract:

To provide a filter press apparatus in which the dryness of cake is grasped so that the cake can be dried at a suitable cycle time.

This filter press apparatus is provided with: a cake temperature measuring means for measuring the temperature of the cake under drying treatment; a cake target temperature setting means for setting the predetermined cake target temperature corresponding to the target dryness of the cake on the basis of correlation data between preset cake dryness and cake temperature and a control means for completing the drying of the cake when the cake temperature measured by the cake temperature measuring means reaches the predetermined cake target temperature.
