Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter press dehydrator the cost of which can be reduced by reducing the number of filter cloth guiding rollers.SOLUTION: A supporting mechanism 10 of an endless filter cloth 7 includes lower supporting rollers 10a which are arranged at lower end sides of filter plates 20, upper supporting rollers 10b which are arranged at upper end sides of the filter plates 20 and guide rollers 10c which are arranged per every two lower supporting rollers 10a and the upper supporting rollers 10b (per every two filter plates 20). At one surface side of the specific filter plate 20a provided with the guide roller 10c, the filter cloth 7 is stretched to the lower supporting roller 10a of a specific filter plate 20a through the upper supporting roller 10b of an adjacent filter plate 20b and through one surface side peripheral surface of the guide roller 10c. At the other surface side of the specific filter plate 20a, the filter cloth 7 is stretched to the upper supporting roller 10b of the specific filter plate 20a and the lower supporting roller 10a of the filter plate 20c near the other surface side through the other surface side peripheral surface of the guide roller 10c.
