Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a simplified structure, compactness, space saving and low cost.SOLUTION: A filter press apparatus includes: a fastening means 51, 51 which are disposed between a reaction force seat body 11 and a loose head 4 disposed in an outer direction of one side end of a filter plate in a filter plate group comprising a plurality of filter plates which are freely expanded, contracted, opened and shut in a plate thickness direction and which mechanically moves the loose head 4 to the filter thickness direction to fasten the filter plate group; a reaction force receiving means 52 for receiving the reaction force that allows the loose head 4 to move the side opposite to the fastening direction during compression at the position where the receiving head mechanically moved to the filter thickness direction; and a fastening load detection means 80, 80 for detecting the fastening force in the step for fastening the filter plate group by the fastening means 51, 51. In the filter press apparatus, the reaction force in place of the fastening by the fastening means 51, 51 is received by the reaction force receiving means 52 if the fastening force detected by the load detection means 80, 80 exceeds the reference value in the step of fastening.
