Abstract:
To provide a filter cloth cleaning method of a filter press which can wash an entire surface of a filter cloth with high detergency even if a filter press cleans the filter cloth in a filter chamber.SOLUTION: A filter cloth washing method of a filter press which cleans a filter cloth 21 disposed in a filter chamber formed between filter plates 19 includes: a step in which the filter plates 19 are closed to form the filter chamber between the filter plates 19; a step in which a cleaning fluid and a dissoluble impact body 8 are supplied from an undiluted solution supply hole 24 to the filter chamber; a step in which air is supplied from a communication port 26c to stir the filter chamber; a step in which the impact body 8 in the filter chamber is dissolved; and a step in which the cleaning fluid is discharged from the filter chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
