Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter press which reduces oil pressure capacity to enable a filter plate to conduct a high speed plate opening/closing movement, and which reduces stress and moment to be transmitted to a guide rail.SOLUTION: In a filter press, a plate-closing time series hydraulic path that oils a part of head chamber discharge oil having the same quantity as that of a rod chamber oiling working fluid of a piston of a fourth oil pressure cylinder from a first oil pressure cylinder to a secondary cylinder rod chamber is formed when filter plates which run parallel are closed, a high pressure piping type fastening hydraulic path is formed when the filter plates are fastened, and a plate-opening time working hydraulic circuit that oils the fluid to the head chamber from the first hydraulic cylinder through the return circuit for the working fluid to the head chamber from the rod chamber of the fourth hydraulic cylinder is formed when the filter plates are opened. Thus, high speed opening/closing of the filter plates and fastening of the filter plate during the raw liquid oiling become possible efficiently and economically in the oil pressure circuit of the low pressure type and the high pressure type of the filter plates that run parallel.
