Abstract:
To provide a filter for a filter press type dehydrater which can prevent closing of a filtrate passage of a liquid supply plate.SOLUTION: A filter includes: two filter cloths disposed between a filter plate and a diaphragm plate of a filter press type dehydrater; and a liquid supply plate disposed between the filter cloths. The liquid supply plate has: a filtrate supply hole which is aligned with filtrate supply holes of the filter cloths and penetrates through the liquid supply plate in a plate thickness direction; and a filtrate outflow passage which extends from the filtrate supply hole to a lower end part of the liquid supply plate. The filtrate outflow passage of the liquid supply plate has a filtrate outflow passage diameter set considering clogging caused by sludge in waste liquid and is provided with a protection pipe for maintaining strength of the liquid supply plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
