Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter press where oil is not used in a driving source and a sliding part.SOLUTION: In a filter press 1 where: a plurality of filter plates 5 are arranged in parallel at a pair of guide rails 4, 4 bridged over a front frame 2 and a rear frame 3; a pair of filter cloths 6, 6 are hung between the filter plates 5; and an electric cylinder 10 to move a movable head 11 located at one end of the rows of the filter plates 5 in an opening and closing direction of the filter plates 5 is provided, the filter press is operated by using oilless bearings at the all of the sliding parts without using oil in a driving source and the sliding parts.
