Filter processing is included, where it is the inner vertical edge of a first rectangular region, the upper-end horizontal edge of the first rectangular region, the inner horizontal edge of the first rectangular region, a left-end vertical edge of a second rectangular region, the inner vertical edge of a third rectangular region, the upper-end horizontal edge of the third rectangular region, the inner horizontal edge of the third rectangular region, the inner vertical edge of the second rectangular region, the upper-end horizontal edge of the second rectangular region, and the inner horizontal edge of the second rectangular region in the order where a filter is applied earlier. The filter processing is executed so that the filter processing is completed in the order of the first, third, and second rectangular regions.
