Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently remove microorganism in the air by a filter having fine pores arrayed in the air flow permeating direction, having 25-40 vol.% fine pore volume and 2-30 μm fine pore size.
CONSTITUTION: The filter having the fine pores in the air flow direction is used as the filter filtering the air flowing-in to an air passing part of a liquid transporting device. The filter has 25-40 vol.% fine pore volume, 0.2-30 μm fine pore size and a structure in which no microorganism is passed. The filter is manufactured by pulverizing a ceramic material to which a fired material is added, pressing, calcining at 1200-1420°C one or more times and making hydrophobic.
