To increase an alkali agent collection ratio with a filter cloth, to reduce a blowing quantity of the alkali agent and to prevent increase of pressure drop of the filter cloth in a short time by forming an alkali agent blowing port for blowing the alkali agent in a dust collecting chamber at the upper part of an exhaust gas introduction port.
An exhaust gas introduction pipe 4 and an alkali agent blowing pipe 6 are connected with a sidewall 1 at an upperstream side of a dust collection chamber. At the front of the exhaust gas introduction pipe 4, a waste incineration furnace, etc., are arranged and the flying ash and harmful acidic gas in the exhaust gas discharged from the furnace, etc., are led to the exhaust gas introduction pipe 4 and is introduced to the upperstream side of the dust collection chamber from the exhaust gas introduction port. The alkali agent is transported with air and blown in the upperstream side of the dust collection chamber through the alkali agent blowing port 6. The filter cloth 2 has a long and narrow cylindrical shape and is hung from the highest place of the dust collection chamber in regular array, and the cleaned exhaust gas passed through the filter cloth 2 is discharged into the air from a discharge pipe 5.
