Abstract:
PURPOSE: To completely wash and regenerate a filter medium when operation is continued and the filter medium is clogged by transferring washing water from a takeoff route of filtrate to backwash the filter medium, opening a filter plate to expose both sides of the filter medium and spraying washing water, etc., on them to wash them.
CONSTITUTION: A lot of board-shaped filter plates 3 provided with a filter bed 3b with a hollow surface on at least one surface of them are freely movably arranged along a guide stick. When the filter plates 3 are closed, a filter chamber is formed between the filter plates 3 by a filter membrane 10 spread on the filter bed 3b. And in the filter plate 3, a feed route 3c for an original liquid communicating with a filter chamber, a takeoff route 3e for filtrate opening to the filter bed 3b on the back face of the filter membrane 10 and a takeoff route 3f for concentrate opening to the filter chamber are arranged. And the filter plates 3 are connected with each other by a freely movable connecting fitting. Further, when the filter plate 3 is opened, a washing nozzle is arranged turned to the filter membrane 10 spread on the filter bed 3b. As a result, the clogged filter medium is completely regenerated.
