Abstract:
To provide a filter washing vessel preventing wasteful consumption of high pressure washing fluid formed of supercritical fluid or subcritical fluid.
In this filter washing vessel 19A, multiple spherical packing materials 44 are packed in a washing chamber 32 containing a filter 11. Volume of a space 43 of the washing chamber 32 except the filter is reduced by the packing material 44 packed therein. The filter washing vessel 19A allows passing of the high pressure washing fluid formed of one of supercritical fluid and subcritical fluid from the lower face 13 toward the upper face 12 of the filter 11 contained in the washing chamber 32.
