Title:
LAMINATED/SINTERED FILTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011147872
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a metallic filter capable of manufacturing a product at low processing cost and having excellent durability and detergency.

A plurality of perforated plates where pores of minimum diameter are made in either one of the front and rear surfaces with etching that is a relatively inexpensive processing whose directions of the same are arranged, are laminated so as to allow each pore position to be accurately arranged, and the laminated body is further sintered, and cleaning is facilitated as foreign particle is caught on a surface by allowing filtered objects to flow from sides thereof whose pore diameter is small. Durability may be increased by increasing the number of lamination of the perforated plates. To further improve detergency, pore diameter is enlarged according to the direction of the flow, and various functions such as suppression of plugging and decrease in flow resistance may be also added by slanting the center axes of pores in each layer to each filtration surface.
