Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily house a spring in a cup by providing the spring for pressing a filter member to a case member with an engaging part which is abutted and engaged as if it spreads out the inner peripheral wall surface of the case member by force.
CONSTITUTION: A spring 20 consisting of a plate spring and a cartridge filter medium 30 are housed in a bottomed casing 10 in the form of a cup. And peripheral wall abutting arms 22 of the spring 20 are formed so as to extend in the radial direction from a base part 21, allowing the spring 20 to be inserted into the casing 10 with the peripheral wall abutting arms 22 being bent. At this time, since end parts 22a of the peripheral wall abutting arms 22 are abutted on the inner peripheral wall of the casing 10 as if to spread out the inner peripheral wall by force, the spring are prevented from freely falling. And since the end parts 22a are arranged between the inner peripheral surface of the casing 10 and the outer peripheral surface of the filter medium 30, a filter is made compact and the movement of the filter medium 30 in the diameter direction is restrained.
