Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a filter which allows a replacement of filter medium in a short time and demonstrates capturing function after the replacement of the filter medium.
CONSTITUTION: The filter consists of a frame member 1 which is formed by opposed fixed plates 10 and opposed pressure-holding plates 11 capable of maintaining an approach and separation state and has a filter medium receiving part stretching out inwardly from the downstream side part of both fixed plates 10, a filter medium 2 which has a gas sealing member S across the entire area of an outer peripheral part and is accommodated so as to block a gas flow path formed by the frame member 1, a shape holding member 3 which is provided on the frame member 1 to keep the filter medium 2 in an appropriate shape, and a filter medium holding member 40 which is installed in a freely detachable manner on the upstream side surface of the frame member 1. If the filter medium holding member 40 is mounted on the frame member 1 and the pressure holding plates 11, 11 are allowed to get close to each other, a space between the frame member 1 and the filter medium 2 is rendered airtight by the gas sealing member S.
