Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter in which the swirling flow is not disturbed by a fluid introduced from an inflow pipe.
SOLUTION: The filter is provided with a cylindrical main body vessel 2, a filter element 5 disposed in the main body vessel, an inflow pipe 3 introducing the fluid from the tangential direction for the main body vessel 2, an outflow pipe 4 discharging the fluid after foreign matter is filtered off by the filter element 5 and a drain pipe 7 exhausting the foreign matter together with the fluid. Therein, a dike 9 (regulation means) which is extended from the inner wall surface of the inflow pipe is disposed on the connection part between the main body vessel 2 and the inflow pipe 3, and the direct movement of the inflow fluid toward the filter element 5 is prevented by the dike 9.
