PURPOSE: To obtain a BPF with a few number of operational amplifiers by providing a transfer circuit including a feedback circuit applying negative feedback to an operation circuit via plural switches and an output circuit outputting a subtracting value of plural signals from a sampling and holding circuit.
CONSTITUTION: An analog signal is given to an input circuit comprising MOS switches 14, 15 and a capacitor 16 in a transfer device 10 and its output becomes one input of an operational amplifier 21. Further, a circuit comprising a switch 19 executing in time division, a capacitor 7, a switch 20 and a capacitor 18 constitutes a negative feedback circuit of the amplifier 21. Further, the output device 11 is provided with sampling and holding circuits 26, 27 operated in time division in synchronization with switches 24, 25, an output signal of the circuits 26, 27 is subtracted by a subtraction circuit 28 and outputted (29). The time division operation of the switch and the sampling and holding circuits in the devices 10 and 11 is controlled by a controller 12.
