Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a filter having an excellent temperature characteristic by using an LiTaO3 made of a crystal plate turned within ±10° around the Y or Z crystal axis.
CONSTITUTION: Resonators 7', 8' are LiTaO3 made of a crystal plate rotated within ±10° around the Y or Z crystal axis. The LiTaO3 having a crystal azimuth has a zero temperature coefficient. Thus, the temperature characteristic of a T filter formed by connecting a coupling capacitor 11 between a connecting point of the resonators 7', 8' and common is improved. Thus, the filter having an excellent temperature characteristic is formed.
