Abstract:
To provide a filtering technology for enabling a filtering method using a server and the like to efficiently and appropriately perform an exceptional measure of temporarily changing settings of a website of a filtering target.SOLUTION: A filtering device comprises: a basic filtering information storage unit storing basic filtering information for setting a website to be a filtering target; a ticket information management unit managing ticket information related to a ticket for applying an exceptional website desired to be added to a connection target by a user; a ticket information storage unit storing the ticket information; and a filtering processing unit performing filtering using the basic filtering information and the ticket information. The ticket information management unit comprises: a ticket issue processing unit that according to a ticket issue request from a manager, generates and issues the ticket and outputs the ticket information; and an exceptional website registration unit that outputs location information on the exceptional website to the ticket information storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
