Abstract:
To provide a filtering device capable of eliminating a delay, improving followability to changes in a measured value, and achieving a noise reduction effect equivalent to that of a moving average filter.SOLUTION: A filtering device includes an acquisition unit that acquires an input value by sampling a measured value according to a sampling cycle, and a filtering unit that sequentially executes filtering processing to reduce noise contained in the input value and generates an output value, and the filtering unit calculates the output value from the value obtained by multiplying the current input value by a coefficient, increases the coefficient when the absolute value of the difference between the current input value and the output value calculated from the input value exceeds a first threshold value, and decreases the coefficient when the absolute value of the difference is lower than a second threshold value to sequentially execute the filtering processing while changing the coefficient according to the absolute value of the difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
