Abstract:
To provide a filter element employing metallic wire mesh in place of the conventional filter paper as the filter element of a clean filter, allowing easy washing of the whole body.
This disk-like filter element 1 has a circular hole 5 communicating with a raw liquid supply port of filter plates at a central part, and is sandwiched between adjacent filter plates. A filter membrane 2 is formed of the metallic wire mesh of 80-180 mesh, an outer circumferential edge 6 of the filter membrane 2 is joined to a ring-like resin outer frame 3, and an inner circumferential edge 7 of the circular hole 5 is joined to a ring-like resin inner frame 4.
