Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin material for a heat exchanger excellent in dirt adhesion suppression effect and removal performance, and a heat exchanger using the fin material.SOLUTION: Provided is a heat exchanger using a fin material 1 having: a substrate 2 comprising aluminum; and a coating film 3 formed on at least one surface of the substrate. The coating film 3 has a positive charged membrane 31 on its outermost surface. The membrane 31 substantially comprises at least one kind of resin selected from a group consisting of cellulose resin, acrylic resin, vinyl alcohol resin, acrylamide resin and ester resin. The surface roughness Ra of the coating film 3 is equal to or less than 100 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
