To provide a system and method for realizing the improvement of financing examination precision by allowing only a financial company to use the various activity contents information of a target enterprise which is not available for the financial company in a conventional manner as reference information for financing examination without making the information open to the public.

A target enterprise terminal stores activity contents information in an ASP server, and the target enterprise terminal transmits a new financing request to a financing company terminal. Then, the financial company reads and examines general enterprise activity information such as the financial affairs, accounting, selling, and manufacture stored in the ASP server managed by the financial company, and decides the validity/invalidity of financing by additionally considering relevant information related with the validity/invalidity of the target enterprise separately obtained by the financial company, and notifies the target enterprise terminal of the result.
