Title:
FINE ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM FOR MINIMIZING GAP OF RECTANGULAR CROSS-SECTION LOW PNEUMATIC PRESSURE SPECIFICATION PROPER CYLINDER BARREL INNER SIZE TO PISTON OUTER CIRCUMFERENCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018063041
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine adjustment mechanism for minimizing gap of rectangular cross-section low pneumatic pressure specification proper cylinder barrel inner size to piston outer circumference because the minimization of the gap is very important such that, according to literature, air leakage quantity from the gap between a barrel plate inner size and piston outer circumference in the rectangular cross-section low pneumatic pressure specification cylinder "is proportional to three power of gap x length x differential pressure between front and rear x time, this approval condition is commutation".SOLUTION: A component constitution is characterized in that a rib which doubles as prevention of deflection due to an inner pressure of a barrel plate is used as a beam, and variation of plate thickness and partial curling habit in accordance with a location of the barrel plate itself caused by such a component that the ribs which are fitted and fixed at a constant amount interval are fitted like the beam can be reformed and the degree of parallelism of inner size reference length and breadth can be corrected exactly and precisely by adjustment operation from an external part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
