Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate microbubbles stably by jetting a pressurized liquid in which gas is pressurized and dissolved into an object liquid.SOLUTION: This microbubble generation nozzle 2 includes: a taper part 24 in which the channel area is decreased gradually toward the flow direction of the pressurized liquid in which the gas is pressurized and dissolved; a throat part 25 connecting a pressurized liquid jetting nozzle 22 opening toward the object liquid in a water tank with the taper part 24; and an enlargement part 27 surrounding the periphery of the pressurized liquid jetting nozzle 22. The throat part 25 is a part where the channel area is smallest in a nozzle channel 20. In the microbubble generation nozzle 2, the pressurized liquid introduced from a pressurized liquid inflow port 21 into the nozzle channel 20 flows to the throat part 25 while being accelerated gradually in the taper part 24, passes through the throat part 25, and is spouted from the pressurized liquid exhaust nozzle 22 as a jet current. In the throat part 25, since the static pressure of the pressurized liquid is lowered, the pressurized liquid is supersaturated with the gas, and the gas is deposited in the liquid as the microbubbles. In the microbubble generation nozzle 2, a large amount of the microbubbles can stably be produced.
