Title:
FINE DISINTEGRATION METHOD FOR WASTE FOOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003053307
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a fine disintegration method for waste foods, such as strained lees and extraction lees, which does not dispose of the waste foods as industrial wastes but can recycle these food wastes not only as components for compounding of feed and fertilizers but as resources of highly valuable goods, such as health supplement foods, food additives and drug additives.

The fine disintegration method for the taste foods is implemented by finely grinding the waste foods, such as the strained lees and extraction lees, by a wet process vibration mill to slurry the waste foods and drying the formed slurry by a drum dryer. The waste foods are made hardly susceptible to the change in properties by the heat of the grinding and the pulverization can be promoted by adopting the wet process grinding and further the low-temperature and homogeneous drying is made easy by the drum dryer.
