PURPOSE: To increase pressurizing effect of a pressurizing pump by providing the pressurizing pump of liquid, a jet pump wherein gas is sucked by injection of liquid and mixed with liquid and the mixture is discharged and a valve decompressing and discharging liquid dissolved with gas.
CONSTITUTION: Liquid pressurized by a pressurizing pump 1 is introduced into a jet pump 2 and air having atmospheric pressure is sucked through an air introducing pipe 3 and a control valve 4 for flow rate of air by means of the action thereof and air is mixed with liquid in the inside of the jet pump 2, and the mixture is discharged through an outlet of the jet pump 2. Since it is stirred by a static type mixer 5, air is dissolved in the liquid by the pressurizing force and it is stored in a tank 6. An air relief valve 7 escaping excess air introduced into the inside of the tank 6 is provided and the inside of the tank 6 is packed with the liquid dissolved with air. This liquid is decompressed by a discharge valve 8 and the liquid contg. fine foam is discharged through a discharge port 9.
