Title:
FINE GRINDING ROLLER MILL AND LOW VIBRATION GRINDING TREATMENT METHOD USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07222935
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of self-exciting vibration based on the stick slip phenomenon of a grinding roller especially at the time of low load without lowering the grinding capacity and function of a roller mill.

CONSTITUTION: A fine grinding roller mill is constituted so that the angle 6 of inclination to the perpendicular of the straight line passing the support point supporting a roller bracket 5 by a pressure frame and the contact point of an article to be ground and a grinding roller 7 enters a range represented by formula θ≤tan-1[μ(F1X+F3X)/(F1+0.5.F3X)] (wherein μ is the coefficiet of stationary friction, F1X is the grinding load of a pressure device and F3X is the own wt. of a grinding part). By this constitution, the reliability to the structural strength of the roller mill can be enhanced and vibration noise environment can be markedly improved.
