Abstract:

To provide a method for producing a fine metal particle dispersion having high dispersion stability, to provide a colored composition containing the fine metal particle dispersion, to provide a photosensitive transfer material using the colored composition, to provide a shading image-having substrate, to provide a color filter using the shading image-having substrate, and to provide a liquid crystal display device using the color filter.

This method for producing the fine metal particle dispersion is characterized by having a process for washing and concentrating a dispersion containing fine metal particles and a sulfur-containing compound having a sulfur content of 3.0 mass% by ultrafiltration. The colored composition containing the fine metal particle dispersion. The photosensitive transfer material using the colored composition. The shading image-having substrate. The color filter using the shading image-having substrate. And the liquid crystal display device using the color filter.
