Abstract:
To provide fine particles having a shape of single crystal-like cube or cuboid and excellent in sintering resistance, to provide electronic components using the fine particles as an internal electrode, and to provide a method for efficient production of the fine particles.
The fine particle is 1-200 nm on a side, has the shape of substantially cube or cuboid, and is composed of nickel and/or nickel oxide.
