Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device for cutting and removing a ring, which is used by a person engaged in medical treatment for cutting and removing a ring from a wound or a selling finger and puts together ring-cutting and ring- removing into one. CONSTITUTION: A clamp 17 is added to cutting blades 51, 52 constituting a prier type cutting device, and accordingly, cut faces of a ring can be opened after cutting the ring. With this arrangement, the device can be used in an application other than the medical application, such as separation of the cut faces of the ring from each other or widening of the space therebetween which is required after cutting.
