In a moving object communication system including the radio portable telephone set, a base station and an exchange station and performing communication by using the radio portable telephone set, the radio portable telephone set is provided with a fingerprint input for inputting the fingerprint of the user of the radio portable telephone set, a fingerprint database for registering the fingerprint of the regular owner of the radio portable telephone set to a moving object communication network consisting of the base station and the exchange station, and a fingerprint authenticating part for authenticating the fingerprint by collating whether or not the fingerprint data coincides with the fingerprint of the regular owner registered in the fingerprint database when receiving fingerprint data of the user of the radio portable telephone set from the radio portable telephone set.
