Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the sure turning over of pages one by one by a method wherein a large number of indents, the sizes and shapes of which are different from one another and which are adjacent to one another under the condition that the outer corner of each indent is left over, are provided at the upper part of a stall main body.
SOLUTION: A ffingerstall main body 1 is made of elastic material C (henceforth expressed as latex). In order to manufacture a fingerstall, the indents A, the sizes and shapes of which are different from one another and which are adjacent to one another under the condition that the contour portion of each indent is left over, of a mold are provided at the upper part of the surface of the mold B formed into the shape of a near finger stall. Further, to a belt D, a large number of molds B are attached. A plurality of coating device chambers E1, E2... for coating the latex C are provided. In this case, by driving the belt D, the mold B is fed to the coating chamber E1 so as to coat the surface of the mold B with the latex C1 in order to be guided after being dried to the coating chamber E2 for coating the second layer latex C2. A fingerstall main body 1, which is obtained by repeating the above coatings, is dried and taken off the mold B and turned inside out so as to obtain a fingerstall.
