Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the work of taking out and in transfer papers to a discharge tray, enhance the stacking property of transfer papers, and provide a detecting lever difficult to break.
CONSTITUTION: A finisher device has a discharge means for discharging carried transfer papers onto a discharge tray; detecting means 3, 4, 5, 6 with a detection lever 3 for detecting the height of the transfer papers discharged on the discharge tray, and a tray control means for controlling the position of the discharge tray according to the detection signal of the detecting means so that the transfer papers are discharged in a proper position. On the middle part of the detecting lever 3 with which the discharged transfer paper never make contact, an elastic deforming part 3d which is elastically deformable in lateral directions is provided, and the top end of the detecting lever 3 is curved upward at a determined curvature. Further on the part of the detecting lever 3 with which the transfer paper discharged from the discharge means makes contact, a member whose frictional coefficient is high in the discharging direction of transfer paper and low in the reversed direction is provided.
