Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical finite linear motion device which is excellent in assembling workability so that a stopper body can be easily attached to a linear motion body by one touch operation.SOLUTION: A linear motion device is composed of a rail body 1 and a linear motion body 2; and load grooves 17, 18 forming load passages in which rolling bodies 7 move are formed at a pair of left and right sidewall faces 3, 4, and opposing faces 5, 6 of the liner motion body 2 facing the sidewall faces 3, 4 of the rail body 1, respectively. The linear motion body 2 has a synthetic resin-made stopper body 8 in which a pair of stopper parts 9 for prohibiting fall of the rolling bodies 7 are serially connected with a connecting part 10. Lock protrusions 11 locked to the load grooves 18 of the linear motion body 2 are formed at each stopper part 9. The linear motion body 2 has a rolling body holder 12 in which rolling body holding parts 13 arranged in the respective load passages to keep a gap between the rolling bodies 7 are serially connected with a connecting part 14. The connecting part 14 of the rolling body holder 12 is arranged between the connecting part 10 of the stopper body 8 and the rail body 1 or the linear motion body 2.
