Abstract:
To improve characteristics of a waveguide component including finline waveguide structure.
A film U is provided on one surface (an upper surface in Fig.2) of fin bodies (fins 10, 20) and at a part facing the inside (space) of a waveguide. A film L is provided on the other surface (a lower surface in Fig.2) of the fin bodies and at a part facing the inside (space) of the waveguide. In this manner, mutual displacement of the fins 10, 20 can be prevented.
