Abstract:
PURPOSE: To permit an extension connecting equipment which rings a bell to enable a response only at the time of on-hook and permit the other equipment to enable an operation such as an outgoing without being affected by means of an incoming call when a key telephone set is connected to a general terminal equipment in same extension in parallel and one of them is designated to ring the bell.
CONSTITUTION: A telephone exchange is constituted in such a way that the designated extension connecting equipment is stored in an incoming call extension connecting equipment storing means 115 when the incoming call for designating the extension connecting equipment is generated in parallel connecting extension, the on-hooked extension connecting equipment is stored in an on-hook extension connecting equipment number storing means 116 when one of the extension connecting equipments is on-hooked and a call path is connected only when an extension connecting equipment number comparing means 117 compares the extension connecting equipment numbers which are stored in the incoming call extension connecting equipment storing means 115 and the on-hook extension connecting equipment number storing means 116 so as to obtain coincidence.
