PURPOSE: To enable even a civilian to effectively perform initial fire extinguishing activities, immediately after a fire breaks out, by a simple procedure.

CONSTITUTION: The device includes: an inlet 4 for injecting a fire extinguishing agent and a fire extinguisher discharging portion 1 having a plurality of holes 8, 9 for fire extinguishing on the periphery inside a tubular portion 3 and inside a closed space quasi-spherical portion 2 continuing from the inlet, so that the extinguisher injected from the inlet 4 can be ejected from the holes 8, 9 for fire extinguishing. Further, inside the quasi-spherical portion 2 is provided a blocking member 10 movable along the inner periphery of the quasi-spherical portion 2 due to self weight; when setting this quasi-spherical portion 2 at a fire extinguishing position, the blocking member 10, due to the static load, moves downward, and blocks the position facing the set surface within the fire extinguishing hole 9.
