Abstract:
PURPOSE: To always obtain appropriate water discharge distribution width regardless of the distance of water discharge, even for a nearby destination by using a double-barreled nozzle, in the fire extinguishing double-barreled water discharge gun which can control water discharge so as to obtain an optimal sprinkling pattern in accordance with a water discharge distance.
CONSTITUTION: In a turning part, a pair of water discharge nozzle 5 are arranged in the horizontal direction in freely turnable, and an opening angle control mechanism for adjusting an opening angle of a radiation center line of a pair of water discharge nozzles 5 on the horizontal surface is provided. Also, each of a pair of water discharge nozzles 5 has a deflector 8 positioned in front of the nozzle at the time of water discharge to a place being close at hand, and moreover, the deflector 8 is provided with a side cover 11 for suppressing scattering to the side of a water flow passing through the deflector 8. As for the water discharge control, an optimal water discharge pattern is obtained by adjusting an opening angle of a pair of water discharge nozzle and water discharge pressure in accordance with a water discharge distance.
