First piping 10a and second piping 10b are linearly formed and the position is controlled by a controller 21. The controller 21 controls the position of the first piping 10a and the second piping 10b so as to make mist jetted from a first mist nozzle 11a and mist jetted from a second mist nozzle 11b collide and lower the flow speed of the mist. To put it concretely, the controller 21 issues a command to a drive unit (not shown in the figure) connected to the first piping 10a and the second piping 10b, and the drive unit changes the position of the first piping 10a and the position of the second piping 10b.
