The fire extinguishing agent storage vessels 1A are arranged in a plurality for storing the fire extinguishing gas including a proper quantity of carbon dioxide and inert gas in a sealed space so that oxygen in the atmosphere in the sealed space reduces to a concentration range of 8 to 15 volume % and the carbon dioxide increases to a concentration range of 2 to 5 volume %, and conducting passages (such as 31A, 30A, 4A, 5A-1 and 8A-1) are arranged for conducting the fire extinguishing gas to fire extinguishing object divisions 6A1 to 3 from the respective fire extinguishing agent vessels 1A, and a valve 1 for liquefied petroleum gas cylinder is arranged in a connecting part between the respective fire extinguishing agent storage vessels 1A and the conducting passages. This valve 1 is a regulating valve, and minimally adjusts storage pressure in the fire extinguishing agent storage vessels 1A, and exhausts the fire extinguishing gas to the conducting passage side (the secondary side apparatus).
