PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-extinguishing facility of aircraft and an aircraft having a fire-extinguishing facility which can secure a fire-extinguishing function while preventing, even when heavy impact load of explosive blast or the like is applied to a support member of a fire-extinguishing pipe, the fire-extinguishing pipe from being damaged due to excessive stress.SOLUTION: A fire-extinguishing facility 20 of aircraft includes a fire-extinguishing nozzle provided to a liner 14, and a fire-extinguishing pipe 18 which is provided to a fuselage 10 for supporting the liner 14 from back side, and which feeds a fire-extinguishing agent to the fire-extinguishing nozzle. The fuselage 10 includes a stringer 13 and a frame 12. The fire-extinguishing pipe 18 includes: a first pipe 21 supported by the stringer 13; a second pipe 22 supported by the frame 12; and a flexible tube 31 for connecting the first pipe 21 and the second pipe 22.
