Title:
FIRE EXTINGUISHING METHOD FOR BARBECUE COOKING STOVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10169985
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To fire extinguish fired charcoal without labor hour and to reuse it by covering an upper end of a cooking stove body with a cover, closing an air regulating window after barbecue is finished, transferring the fired charcoal in an upper receiving frame into the body, removing the frame from the body, and covering the upper end of the body with another cover.

A pair of right and left air regulating windows 6 are provided under a body 1, and the air is freely regulated by rotation of a rotary plate 7 by an air hole 8 provided at the same position and same size as those of the window 6 at the plate 7. Securing pieces 11 for clamping at the body are provided at right and left sides of the cover 10 engaged with another upper end of the body 1. After a barbecue is finished, residual charcoal (ignited) is transferred from an upper receiving frame 2 into the body 1, and the frame 2 is removed from the body. Thereafter, the another cover 10 is placed on the upper end of the body 1 and the pieces 11 is secured by bolts (at this time the windows 6 are, of course, closed), the air is shut off from the body and the charcoal is extinguished due to oxygen deficiency.
