To provide a fire extinguishing tool storing device with a fire alarm function capable of notifying an existence of a fire extinguishing tool by sound and light to a user and encouraging proper initial extinguishment even in an unexpected fire where one is apt to loose one's self-possession and delay countermeasures or make a wrong judgment.

The fire extinguishing tool storing device is largely composed of a detecting part body 1 detecting an occurrence of a fire and a fire extinguishing tool holder 6 capable of fixedly storing the fire extinguishing tool in a place which can be easily reached when a need arises. They have a mutually interlocked transmitter and receiver, and the receiver is in a fire extinguishing tool holder 6 side. When the detecting part body 1 detects a fire, interlocked signals for both are activated, alarms are issued from both the detecting part body 1 and the fire extinguishing tool holder 6, and the user is actively encouraged to carry out initial extinguishment.
