Abstract:
To perform discharge inspection using a connection for a discharge inspection device from a plurality of faces of a housing in a fire hydrant apparatus including the connection for the discharge inspection device in the housing.SOLUTION: A fire hydrant apparatus 1 includes, in a housing 2, a connection 8a for a discharge inspection device, provided at a piping system 6 located at a primary side of a fire hose 4. The housing 2 includes openings 2b and 2f at least on two faces. The piping system 6 is configured to change a direction of the connection 8a for the discharge inspection device and includes direction change mechanisms 11 and 12 capable of connecting the discharge inspection device to the connection 8a of the discharge inspection device from any of the openings 2b and 2f.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
