Abstract:
To provide a fire hydrant apparatus capable of improving operability of an operation lever without hindering the thinning of a housing.SOLUTION: A fire hydrant apparatus 1 according to the present invention comprises: a housing 5 for storing a fire hose 3; an opening part 7a provided on a front panel 7 of the housing 5 for pulling out the fire hose 3; a hydrant door 11 that is opened by rotationally turning toward the front side, with a lower side of the opening part 7a used as a rotational shaft 9; and a fire hydrant valve operation mechanism 15 that is provided in the inner surface side of the fire hydrant door 11 and performs opening/closing operation of the fire hydrant valve provided outside or inside the housing 5 via a cable 13. The fire hydrant valve operation mechanism 15 includes a pulley box 35, and an operation lever 37 provided in the pulley box 35 for operating a pulley 33. The pulley box 35 is configured to change the direction to the fire hydrant door 11 according to a closed state and opened state of the fire hydrant door 11, so that the operation direction of the operation lever 37 can be changed according to the closed state and opened state of the fire hydrant door 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
